Submitting a form or adding an item to Your Order does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. Strategic, complex, and custom work is confirmed after intake and written approval.
Pricing
Published prices are starting points or package rates unless otherwise noted. Final scope, timelines, deposits, and payment schedules are confirmed in a written agreement.
Intellectual Property
Heard Design retains rights to concepts, drafts, and process materials until a project is paid according to the agreed terms. Final ownership details should be stated in the project agreement.
